Your payment is 100% refundable until April 1, 2024. After April 1st, all refunds will be issued in the form of a camp tuition credit. In order to receive tuition credits, the Main Office must be notified in writing 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp week. A one-time $100 administrative fee will be applied to any cancellations. Tuition credits can be used towards extended time or summer camp the following year. We reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose conduct is detrimental to the camp and no refund will be issued. No deduction is made for late arrival or early departure. No refund will be made for withdrawal or absence due to illness or family vacation.
I hereby authorize the staff of Rush Day Camp to act for me according to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention and I hereby waive and release the Camp from any and all liability for any injuries or illness incurred while at Camp. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would be affected by the above-named Camper’s participation in the Camp program, as outlined in the brochure. I also understand the Camp retains the right to use for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs and video of Campers taken at Camp.
